Tampa Roofing Company repair crews are trained in both residential
and commercial repairs and can fix anything from shingles, tiles, metal,
built-up, rubber or plastic. The Swopes personally train all repair
crew workers and keep a close eye on every job.
Since they cannot physically be at every job all the time, they have
developed a system of checks and balances. Repair crews take digital
pictures of the problem area and another set of the corrections made.
When the crew arrives, repair tickets are signed showing the time they
arrived on the job. Then the problem is exposed, a picture taken, the
repair is made, the area cleaned and another picture taken. The ticket
is then signed as the crew is leaving, allowing us to control the time
spent on the job and the quality of the repair. If the quality appears
not to have met our standards, the repair crew will go back to the site
and rework the area at no cost.
Occasionally, Tampa Roofing Company is called to repair roofs that
are completely worn out. If this is the case, we call it to the attention
of the owner. If the owner opts for the repair to be done, we will do
our best to stop the leak and maintain control of the job through photographs
to be kept as a record.
